Restoration Consultant:

The Restoration Consultant provides residential and commercial property owners with free weather damage consultations. This position is an entry level sales and consulting position that works in coordination with an assigned Restoration Consultant Team Leader to generate and close business opportunities. Exceptional performance in this role facilitates promotion to the Restoration Consultant Team Leader level.

Select Evergreen Construction is currently seeking Restoration Consultants to join our team in several markets throughout the Midwest. The qualities required to be considered for a Restoration Consultant position are:

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Restoration Consultant Team Leader:

The Restoration Consultant Team Leader manages a team of Restoration Consultants in a defined geographic region. This mid-level position serves as a mentor to his/her team, coordinates insurance adjuster meetings, ensures customer satisfaction and closure to the billing cycle.

Select Evergreen Construction is currently seeking Restoration Consultant Team Leaders to join our team in several markets throughout the Midwest. The qualities required to be considered for this position are:

• Professionalism, accountability and proven leadership experience
• Intimate knowledge of how insurance claims are processed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Aptitude using Microsoft Office applications
• 2 to 3 years of sales experience
